    •  Our sustaining donors are making monthly donations paid by automatic payment into our Jobs Research Trust Support Fund account.

    If you wish to join our sustaining donors and contribute in this way, there are two steps involved :

    STEP ONE

    You will need to go to your bank and complete a form for an automatic payment. In most cases, your retail banking clerk will fill in the form for you. The information you need —

    Bank : Bank of New Zealand
    Branch : New Plymouth
    Account Number : 020708-0109538-66
    Amount : this is up to you ... most of our donors are donating $30-$50 per month
    Frequency : monthly, we prefer on the 1st of the month
    Payee Particulars : please include your name, and "JRT Support"


     STEP TWO

    Print the form below, and send to us at P.O.Box 428, New Plymouth.
